• Day 1 - Join us on day 1 as we dive into Competency 001—Mathematics Instruction. In this session, we'll explore the planning, diversity, and motivation aspects of effective math teaching. Learn how to plan instructional activities based on research-based theories, employ strategies that embrace diversity, and create a motivating learning environment. This day sets the foundation for successful math instruction.  
• Day 2 - On the second day, we focus on Competency 002—Number Concepts and Operations. This session delves into the understanding of numbers, operations, and algorithms. Gain insights into analyzing and modeling relationships involving integers, rational numbers, and real numbers. Explore equivalency among different representations, master strategies for problem-solving, and understand the magnitude of various types of numbers. Strengthen your foundational knowledge in numbers and operations.
• Day 3 - The final day of our webinar series covers Competencies 003 to 006. In this session, we'll touch on Patterns and Algebra, Geometry and Measurement, as well as Probability and Statistics. Explore the world of algebraic reasoning, geometric concepts, and statistical applications. This session provides a holistic overview, offering key insights and strategies across multiple competencies, ensuring you have a well-rounded understanding as you prepare for the EC-6 Math TExES exam.
